Truck360:
One System, Every Transport Operation

Most transport offices run on a booking register, a separate billing tool, a dispatch chalkboard, a fleet notebook and a Chitta for collections. Truck360 replaces that with eighteen modules on one database, so an LR booked at the counter is already visible to billing, dispatch, trip costing and every report.

From Booking to Proof of Delivery

A consignment becomes a Lorry Receipt, an invoice, a dispatch and a delivery. Each step reads the record the previous one created, so nothing is keyed twice and the tax is settled before the invoice is raised.

LR management
01

LR Management

Book, print, edit and cancel Lorry Receipts with consignor, consignee, goods, route, truck and charges captured digitally. Every LR carries a full audit trail and the archive stays searchable by date, party or truck number.

Billing and invoicing
02

Billing & Invoicing

Raise GST invoices straight from booked LR data, as individual or consolidated freight bills, covering both FTL and Partload. Credit notes handle cancellations, and the invoice register prints or exports to Excel.

GST and compliance
03

GST & Compliance

CGST and SGST for intra-state movement, IGST for inter-state and export, applied by route at the moment of booking rather than at billing time. Date-effective rate switching keeps older documents correct, and GSTR-1 B2B data comes out of normal billing.

Dispatch and manifest
04

Dispatch & Manifest

Batch several LRs into a CON Note Manifest or raise individual GDMs, assign the driver and truck, and attach the E-Way Bill reference. POD status against each LR marks the consignment delivered and clears it from the outstanding view.

Trucks, Drivers and What Each Trip Earned

Once a consignment is on the road it becomes a vehicle cost, a driver payment and eventually money received. These five modules cover the asset side of the business and the money that moves with it.

Truck types are categorised as 14-wheel, 6-wheel or small lorry, and truck-owner and supplier masters sit alongside the vehicle record. Dispatch and trip costing both read the same vehicle data, so fleet composition and ownership cost stay visible.

Fleet management

Fleet Management

Keep one vehicle register covering truck number, truck type and who owns each vehicle.

Date-type reminders cover insurance, fitness certificate and permit renewal. KM-type reminders trigger engine oil and tyre service every N kilometres. Alert lead time is configurable, the Reminders Dashboard shows what falls due, and each truck keeps its own maintenance log.

Vehicle maintenance and reminders

Maintenance & Reminders

Insurance, fitness and permit dates tracked alongside oil and tyre service intervals.

Name, mobile and licence number sit on the driver master. Every payment and batta entry posts to a running balance per driver, so there is nothing to dispute at settlement, and the driver payment report gives the position without reopening individual trips.

Driver management

Driver Management

Driver master, payments by cash, UPI or NEFT, and batta recorded against each trip.

The trip master carries truck, driver and route. Diesel, toll, police, RTO, tyres and driver batta are itemised against it, mileage and net P&L are computed automatically, and the report reads per-LR or per-Trip — so you know whether a given trip actually made money.

Trip and P and L

Trip & P&L

Income legs linked to LRs, running costs itemised, net profit computed for every trip.

Cheque date, number and bank are captured with the receipt. Each customer carries a Dr/Cr running balance and an outstanding figure that moves in real time, and the customer statement prints or exports to Excel.

Payment collection

Payment Collection

Cash, cheque, NEFT and UPI posted to the customer ledger as the money is received.

All of it surfaces in 47 management reports: customer statements and outstanding, LR and invoice registers, GSTR-1, Partload, fleet and maintenance due dates, and Trip P&L — every one print and Excel ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Truck360 replace our accounting software?

No. The Chita module is a structured digital version of the Chitta notebook most transport offices already keep beside their billing: account groups for income, expenses, assets and liabilities, named accounts with Dr/Cr entries and a running balance per account, with a Chita ledger report that prints or exports to Excel. It is available as an add-on on any edition and is not a replacement for Tally or a full accounting migration.

How long does it take to implement Truck360?

A working setup can be configured and running within 8 weeks. The timeline depends on which of the eighteen modules you switch on, how many companies and branches are involved, and how much existing customer, fleet and outstanding data is carried over.

What does Truck360 cost?

Truck360 is offered on annual plans of ₹4,999 (Basic), ₹7,999 (Business, with Multi-Branch Management) or from ₹14,999 (ERP / Custom) per year, depending on the modules enabled, the number of branches, and whether add-ons such as the Chita ledger are included.
